CapabilitiesQualitySpectrum Devices provides a high level commercial screening process on all its standard products. Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9002 certified. We can additionally offer MIL-STD screening as required on legacy and new systems requirements.
Environmental TestingSpectrum Devices can provide our customers with MIL-STD-750 screening: Thermal Shock, Temperature Cycling Vibration, Fine and Gross Leak. Additionally, we offer static and active Burn-In testing for both the device level and next higher assembly.
DC and RF TestingSpectrum Devices utilizes computerized DC and RF test stations to insure product performance. Data packages can be provided for our customer's application-specific requirements.
